Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect and why
- Contact and "Book a call" forms: name, company, email, phone and your message. We use them only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in replying (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Clients: data needed to deliver and invoice our services. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
- Website analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies (see the cookie policy). Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers that process it on our behalf under data processing agreements: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and forms), Google Ireland Ltd. (email and, with your consent, analytics) and Vimeo, Inc. (video hosting). Some of them may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@itsnectarlabs.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
